Every export order is documented to the level your receiving inspection, notified body and end customer need — from a single heat-traceable certificate to full third-party witness at production and loading.
| Document | What it covers | When to ask for it |
|---|---|---|
| EN 10204 3.1 | Inspection certificate issued by the manufacturer's authorised inspection representative, with chemical composition, mechanical properties, heat number and plate identification. | Default for pressure-vessel, structural and high-strength plate. |
| EN 10204 3.2 | Inspection certificate countersigned by an independent notified body or inspector appointed by the purchaser, in addition to the manufacturer. | PED-marked pressure equipment, notified-body scope, end-user specification. |
| Certificate of origin | Issued by the CCPIT / chamber of commerce; Form A, Form E or Form RCEP available where the destination and rules of origin allow. | All export shipments requiring preferential or documentary proof of origin. |
| Packing list & heat map | Piece count, dimensions, weights, heat number and plate number per bundle, cross-referenced to the certificate. | Every shipment; essential for site receiving inspection. |
Tell us the certificate type on the enquiry. 3.2 certification and third-party attendance require advance notice before rolling or before loading.
UT to EN 10160 classes S0–S3 or ASTM A578 Levels I–III, agreed in writing before rolling. Reports show the acceptance class and the tested area.
Z15, Z25 and Z35 to EN 10164 for welded joints carrying through-thickness stress, typically in heavy columns, crane girders and offshore nodes.
HIC to NACE TM0284 Solution A or B with CLR, CTR and CSR reported, and SSC to NACE TM0177 for wet H2S service in refinery and gas plant.
Charpy V-notch series at the specified temperature, including sub-zero service to −196 °C for nickel steels, and drop-weight tear testing (DWTT) for linepipe plate.
Post-weld heat treatment simulation on test coupons so the properties you receive match the vessel after fabrication, not just after rolling.
Surface Brinell hardness mapping where the specification calls for it, plus thickness, flatness, camber and length/width reports for each bundle.
You may appoint any inspection body. We routinely host SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, Intertek and national inspection companies at both the producing mill and the loading port.
We can also work to a purchaser-provided inspection and test plan (ITP), with hold points agreed before the order is released.
Send the grade or the standard you specify, the thickness range, quantity and destination port. We reply with price, lead time, delivery term and the applicable certificate within 12 hours (Mon–Sat, GMT+8).
