Shipbuilding Steel Plate · hull-structure plate for hull shell and deck plating, bulkheads and internal structures of sea-going vessels and offshore support units
Full chemistry and mechanical property tables for DH40 are issued as a controlled datasheet with our quotation, taken directly from IACS CSR. Send us the thickness range you need and we will return the applicable limits, the impact test temperature and the delivery condition in writing.
DH40 is normally specified for hull shell and deck plating, bulkheads and internal structures of sea-going vessels and offshore support units.
We supply it cut to size by plasma, laser or waterjet, with edges machined or flame-cut to your drawing, and can deliver in the heat-treatment condition your fabrication procedure requires.
As-rolled or TMCP as approved by the classification society, with each plate identified by the society's brand and impact tested at the grade temperature.
Classification-society approval certificates; Impact testing at the grade design temperature; EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 certificate; UT to EN 10160
Seaworthy packing — bottom skids, steel strapping, VCI film and edge protection — is standard for sea freight. Container loading plans with piece weights are issued before shipment.
Send the grade or the standard you specify, the thickness range, quantity and destination port. We reply with price, lead time, delivery term and the applicable certificate within 12 hours (Mon–Sat, GMT+8).
