Bridge & Weathering Steel Plate · bridge-quality plate for orthotropic bridge decks, main girders, arch ribs, and unpainted weathering-steel bridges
Full chemistry and mechanical property tables for A709-50F-2 are issued as a controlled datasheet with our quotation, taken directly from ASTM A709/A709M. Send us the thickness range you need and we will return the applicable limits, the impact test temperature and the delivery condition in writing.
A709-50F-2 is normally specified for orthotropic bridge decks, main girders, arch ribs, and unpainted weathering-steel bridges.
We supply it cut to size by plasma, laser or waterjet, with edges machined or flame-cut to your drawing, and can deliver in the heat-treatment condition your fabrication procedure requires.
As-rolled, normalized or weathering (unpainted) as specified. Fracture-critical plates are impact tested and ultrasonically inspected to the specified acceptance class.
Charpy impact series at low temperature; UT to EN 10160; EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 mill test certificate; Third-party inspection on request
Seaworthy packing — bottom skids, steel strapping, VCI film and edge protection — is standard for sea freight. Container loading plans with piece weights are issued before shipment.
Send the grade or the standard you specify, the thickness range, quantity and destination port. We reply with price, lead time, delivery term and the applicable certificate within 12 hours (Mon–Sat, GMT+8).
